By booking a massage treatment with Massage Wimbledon, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided at our Wimbledon location.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be secured with valid contact details
  • We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain treatments
  • Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or SMS

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hours notice is required for all cancellations
  • Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost
  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe

3.2 Hygiene and Safety

  • Clients must maintain appropriate personal hygiene
  • We adhere to all UK health and safety regulations
  • Our therapists are fully qualified and insured

4. Treatment Sessions

4.1 Timing

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time
  • The specified treatment duration includes consultation and changing time

4.2 Professional Conduct

  • We provide professional therapeutic massage services only
  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Charges

  • All prices are clearly displayed at our premises and on our website
  • We reserve the right to modify our prices with reasonable notice
  • Payment is required at the time of treatment

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit/debit cards
  • Cash payments are accepted
  • Gift vouchers must be valid and presented at time of treatment

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All client information is treated as confidential

6.2 Medical Records

7. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced

8. Complaints Procedure

9. Insurance and Liability
